Try our Tempting 'Hariyali Chicken'

Ingredients:

Chicken ---- 1/2 kg(boneless)
Yogurt------- 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste ---- 1tbsp
Oil ------ 1 cup
White cumin seeds and whole black pepper---- 1 tbsp (roasted)
Salt ---- as per taste

For Chutney:

Coriander---- 1 bunch
Green chilies ---- 4
Garlic---- 8 cloves
Blend the above ingredients in a blender to make a paste.

Method:
Marinate chicken in yogurt and ginger garlic paste for half an hour. Then heat oil and add marinated chicken. Cook chicken until it starts releasing oil. Now add chutney to the chicken and bhonofie it. Before serving sprinkle roasted cumin and black pepper. You can serve it with chapati and rice both .
