Ingredients:
4 quails cleaned and mark slits
1tbsp garlic paste
1tbsp lemon juice
1tsp salt
Method
1)Rub all on quails and marinate over night or minimum of 8hours
2)Steam for 20 mins let it cool
Heat 2cups oil
3)Deep fry on high flame till crisp
Remove.
4)Brush lemon juice and sprinkle mixture of chat masala
(3tbsp chaat masala and 1tsp red chilli powder)
Serve with french fries or naan
