Ingredients
- Chicken 500g
- Chicken tikka masala 1tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
- Red chilli powder 1tbsp
- Crush coriander 1tsp
- Crush zeera 1tsp
- Salt 1/2tsp
- Tomatoes 4
- Onion 2 (add onion and tomatoes and make a puree)
- Yogurt 4 tbsp
- Qasoori methi 1tbsp
- Butter 1tbsp
- Chopped ginger (garnish)
- Green chillies (garnish)
- 2-3 coal for smoke
- Oil your choice
Marinate chicken with red chilli powder, salt, chicken tikka masala, ginger garlic paste and yogurt.
Method
In a pan heat oil add marinated chicken, crush coriander, zeera, turmeric, onion tomato puree and mix it well. Leave it for 5-8 minutes . When chicken is cooked then add methi and butter. Add smoke by coal. Garnish chicken with ginger and chillies, serve it with naan.
