Chicken Tiikka Handi

Ingredients
  • Chicken 500g
  • Chicken tikka masala 1tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1tbsp
  • Crush coriander 1tsp
  • Crush zeera 1tsp
  • Salt 1/2tsp
  • Tomatoes 4
  • Onion 2 (add onion and tomatoes and make a puree)
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Qasoori methi 1tbsp
  • Butter 1tbsp
  • Chopped ginger (garnish)
  • Green chillies (garnish)
  • 2-3 coal for smoke
  • Oil your choice

Marination

 Marinate chicken with red chilli powder, salt, chicken tikka masala, ginger garlic paste and yogurt.

Method

In a pan heat oil add marinated chicken, crush coriander, zeera, turmeric, onion tomato puree and mix it well. Leave it for 5-8 minutes . When chicken is cooked then add methi and butter. Add smoke by coal. Garnish chicken with ginger and chillies, serve it with naan.
