Breakfast special , "Lachedar Paratha"

Ingredients
  • Flour......4-5cup
  • Salt......1tsp
  • Sugar......1/2tsp
  • Egg......1
  • Oil as required
  • Little amount of milk to enhanced the taste
  • Chicken cube......1small bar
Method

Knead it well using water and make a roti, then add some ghee, sprinkle a little sooji and flour. then roll it and cut into pieces, put those pieces on one another and press it, balofy it again. put it on tawa with oil on low flame. Serve it with hot tea. Yummmmmm :)
